Job Description
- Build up sales plans & strategies including: sales quota, sales forecast results to deliver business goal
- Lead & grow sales team to hit sales targets & improve sales productivity;
- Monitor & improve sales processes and new experiment to improve execution;
- Plan & monitor internal sales team policies/ incentive structure, workflow & guideline for revenue growth & team development;
- Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, services;
- Manage Sales Department & Customer Service Part to deliver best service & secure customers’ satisfaction;
- Work closely with BOD & other departments to accelerate business growth & achieve company business goals.
- Recruiting, evaluating, training and mentoring employees
- Manage contract implementation, debt, after sales - services
Job Requirement
- Bachelor in related major, experience from 3-5 years of velevant position
- English: English Business with Advanced Level . Able to communicate fluently in English
- Teamwork, organization, communication, presentation skills, enthusiasm for work, desire to develop oneself
- Proficient in office information technology: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, others system such as : ERP, Power BI, VBA, is a plus
