Job Description
We are looking for 'Shoe Dog' for Senior Pattern Engineer/Manager (Pattern Master) with duties:
- Shoe Dog (Shoe lover): passion for shoes & trendy to market & technology
- Ability to deliver fast and precise pattern creation
- Unrivaled expertise in pattern engineering and construction
- Analytical understanding of the last and biomechanics
- Strong costing awareness and commercial mindset
- Upper Process Automation Knowledge (Cutting/Stitching...)
- Coherent & logical communication skills in English to provide a solution description to the problem for the team and customers.
- Digital friendly capability: Engineering software, OA(Office Automation), AI tools, Company System
Job Requirement
- Minimum over 15 years in footwear pattern creation in major brand cultures
- Good communicate in English
