Senior Workshop Manager

Job Description

We are looking for 'Shoe Dog' talents for Senior Workshop Manager (Planning/Sampling/Quality Master) position with duties:

To bridge the gap between development and mass production, and to preemptively block delivery delays or mass defects by identifying quality risks during the sampling stage.
Management of product development & sampling timelines, control of the sampling process, and the ability to adhere to global COO quality standards (e.g., SOP, SCPR-CTQ, PFC & BPFC, eVS) and manage risks with process & quality & Automation feedback to PDM/Upper & Bottom Engineers/Chemical Engineer/Advanced Tooling team.
To perfectly translate product design concepts into physical samples and to control quality variables that may arise when sampling the premium Originals' products during the continuous development stages.

* Minimum 15+ years in footwear Planning Sampling/Quality

* Integrity, diligence, and time management

* Regardless of nationality & gender

* Team spirit & Entrepreneurship

* Relevant major preferred

* able to communicate in English
