Senior Pattern Engineer/Manager (Pattern Master)

We are looking for 'Shoe Dog' for Senior Pattern Engineer/Manager (Pattern Master) with duties:

• Shoe Dog (Shoe lover): passion for shoes & trendy to market & technology
• Ability to deliver fast and precise pattern creation  
• Unrivaled expertise in pattern engineering and construction
• Analytical understanding of the last and biomechanics
• Strong costing awareness and commercial mindset
• Upper Process Automation Knowledge (Cutting/Stitching...)
• Coherent & logical communication skills in English to provide a solution description to the problem for the team and customers.
• Digital friendly capability: Engineering software, OA(Office Automation), AI tools, Company System

• Minimum over 15 years in footwear pattern creation in major brand cultures 
• Good communicate in English
