Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in the Industrial Motor sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence and providing high-level technical consultations to our partners.
Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities while nurturing long-term relationships with existing accounts (Factories, OEMs, Contractors, and Distributors).

Market Share Expansion: Strategically acquire and convert key accounts from competitors to increase market penetration.

Technical Consultation: Provide expert technical solutions and advisory services tailored to industrial motor applications.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with technical and internal operations teams to ensure seamless order execution and project delivery.

Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 5+ years of experience in industrial motor sales.
- Preferably candidates with experience at multinational motor manufacturers or industrial motor distributors.
- Strong customer network in industries with high motor consumption.
- Good project sales and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, able to work under pressure.
