- The role supports the sales team to process order to customer with OTIFNE KPI
- Solve customer complaints on time & customer satisfaction
- Order processing in SAP
- Customer complaints handling
- Cooperate with 3PLs for delivery to customer
- Stock reconcile for tax report
Job Requirement
- At least 2 years expereince in the same function
- Good communication skills
- Understanding of sales channels
- Attention to details
- Good planning and organization skills
- Computer literacy
- Customer service skill
- SAP system familiarity is a plus
