Job Description
Our client is a foreign investment bank looking for Deputy Branch Manage in Ha Noi office:
Office Management
Assists the Chief Representative in managing the daily operations of the office, ensuring all tasks are carried out smoothly and efficiently.
External Relations
-
Proactively communicates and maintains relationships with the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) and other regulatory bodies such as the Ministry of Finance.

Expands the professional network by collaborating with industry associations, chambers of commerce, and local financial institutions.

Represents the office at key events and conferences to stay informed on the latest information and policy directions.
Analysis & Reporting

Monitors changes in Vietnam's financial policies and legal environment.

Prepares regular reports on legal developments, providing analysis and strategic recommendations to the Chief Representative and Head Office.

Ensures all office activities comply with regulations and Head Office strategies.
Operational Support

Assists with the submission and approval process for transactions related to the State Bank of Vietnam and other regulatory agencies.
Job Requirement
Education:
-
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Economics, Finance, or Management.
Experience:
-
At least 5 years of experience in banking, finance, or roles involving relationship building with government agencies.

Experience working at the State Bank of Vietnam or other regulatory bodies is a significant advantage.
Skills:
-
Deep understanding of Vietnam's financial policies and legal procedures.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and public/regulatory relations skills.

Strong policy acumen and ability to quickly grasp information.
Languages:
-
English: Proficient in all four skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing).

Chinese: Proficient in daily business use.
