Job Description

Our client is a leading company in the field of sandpaper. They provides products for industries such as woodworking, metalworking, leatherworking, and ship repair. Currently they establishing a grinding wheel manufacturing plant in Vietnam, and we are expanding our market for grinding and cutting wheels. They are seeking candidates for the position of Sales Director for the grinding and cutting wheel sector. With exciting projects and opportunities for advancement, we are looking for dynamic, creative, and professional individuals to join their team.

  1. Business Planning:

    • Develop and implement detailed business strategies to achieve sales and profit targets.
    • Propose appropriate marketing and promotional methods to increase awareness and consumption of grinding products.
  2. Sales and Distribution Management:

    • Build and maintain an effective sales network, including agents, distributors, and direct customers.
    • Monitor and evaluate sales performance to ensure sales targets and service quality are met.
  3. Customer Relationship Development:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic and potential customers.
    • Respond ly to customer requests and resolve issues that arise during the business process.
  4. Sales Team Management:

    • Lead, train, and develop the sales team to achieve optimal performance.
    • Monitor and evaluate team members' performance, providing support and feedback to enhance productivity.
  5. Market and Competition Analysis:

    • Research and assess the market and competition to understand trends and new opportunities.
    • Propose improvements and adjust business strategies based on market and competition analysis.

Job Requirement

  • University degree or higher in business, marketing, or management.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in product business or equivalent industry.
  • Strong leadership skills, effective management, and communication abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the market and the grinding products industry is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and under high pressure.
  • Language skills: ability to communicate in English or Chinese.
