Job Description
Sales Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Team Leadership:
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
• Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Expansion:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fertilizer market.
• Expand the company’s presence in existing and new markets through effective networking and relationship-building.
Sales Performance Monitoring:
• Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Develop and implement corrective actions to address performance gaps and improve sales results.
Budget Management:
• Prepare and manage the sales department budget.
• Allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment and achieve sales objectives.
Collaboration and Coordination:
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company goals.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales initiatives.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management within the fertilizer or agricultural industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the fertilizer market and agricultural practices.
• Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
