Job Description
- Responsible for generating Sales for Airside Business and creating value stream for increasing Airside sales growth.
- Responsible for relationship building directly with consultants and end-users to drive product specs and value.
- Track actual business results from released Market Coverage (MCS) projects and take improvement actions when necessary.
- Able to consult/assist the customers in Heat Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) design and solutions, specifically Airside system.
- Excellent knowledge of Airside market, equipment specifications.
- Drive Margin expansion and profitability.
- Competitor analysis & strategic planning for Airside product.
- Carry out any other duties & responsibilities as required by the company in a timely manner and accurate
- Manage Airside Team for driving towards successful projects closure
- Guide and support sales offices in the region for suitable winning solution on the project
- Drive must win mega projects strategy along-with sales team
- Work with factories and Airside product team to provide solutions as per customer expectations
- Collect and analyze industry technical and commercial information to model sales strategies
- Attend site meetings with customer along with sales team in the region as and when required
- Manage and track order entry and invoicing progress every month
- Prepare and give effective presentations to customers
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in HVAC engineering, engineering technology, business or equivalent from a four-year college or university
- Min. of 5 years combined working experience in the areas of Consultant, Contractor, or related Airside is preferable.
- Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning/refrigeration (HVAC/R) fundamentals, system engineering, Energy Solutions, as well as air system applications.
- Good English writing & speaking skills will be preferred.
- Availability to travel for business purposes as needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Auto Cad.
- Active personality with analytical mind, Proactive, Team Player, Customer-oriented and
- Service-minded, good attitude, Positive Thinking.
- Have good connections with Direct & Industrial customers.
- Having a mindset/competence to drive direct sales activity.
- Enthusiasm and teamwork.
