Job Description
In this role, you will support the company’s business performance by coordinating commercial planning, monitoring operational progress, and leading multiple supply chain teams:
- End-to-End Order & Business Planning:
- Support seasonal and monthly business planning by consolidating forecasts, sales plans, orders, and capacity data.
- Track business performance, analyze plan-versus-actual results, manage unit prices/surcharges, and oversee internal system order placement.
- Communicate directly with global customers to confirm delivery dates and align timelines with internal teams.
- Packing & Logistics Operations Management:
- Oversee the packing plans based on customer requirements, manage label/packing material orders, and handle vendor payments.
- Manage monthly shipping plans, coordinate forwarder bookings, arrange container trucking, and execute customs clearance documentation.
- Secure customer payments by preparing negotiation plans and documentation.
- Warehouse & Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Control finished goods inventory across both customer and internal systems while optimizing warehouse capacity and resource allocation.
- Bridge communication across Development, Production, Planning, Costing, Material, and Quality teams to guarantee On-Time Delivery KPIs.
Job Requirement
- Experience: * For Management Level: Preferring strong years of experience in footwear development and business/commercial management across global brands and manufacturing environments.
- For Senior/Executive Level: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business departments, business planning, order tracking, or import-export operations.
- Technical & Industry Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of supply chain logistics, shipment coordination, customs procedures, and order management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Import-Export, Logistics, or related fields.
- Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP/SAP systems.
- Leadership & Soft Skills: Powerful problem-solving abilities, strong cross-cultural communication, and a proven track record of managing and developing team members effectively.
- Language: Advanced or fluent English proficiency (written & spoken).
