Job Description
Our client is s 100% foreign invested enterprise, manufacturing synthetic leather of all kinds, we are looking for candidate for Sales Manager position with duties:
- Prepare and proceed sales plan of company
- Collecting, analysit, evaluate market information and give proposal/suggestion
- Implement sale policy of company
- Approve and control sales contract regarding company regulation
- Deploy all customer support activity
- Be responsibility for company activities with BOD
- Managing sales activities of companty ensuring to comply to company regulation and Việt Nam law
- Approve sales plan of the team
- Building and developing customer service
- Building the company’s image and banner, Periodly prepare sales plan
- Ensure the conformity of the Company's activities with the quality system
- Organization of handling customer complaints at the company level
- Organization of recruitment and training for sales staff
- Evaluation all subordinates
- Collect and approve relevant quality indicators
- Report sales activities of company for BOD
- Other task assigned by BOD
Job Requirement
- Prefer experienced candidates from Development Department of Footwear Factory
- At least 05 years work in Shoe factory
- At least a University degree holder in economics, foreign trade, marketing or related fields.
- Strong persuasion/negotiation skills.
- English fluency is a must. Other language skills beneficial.
- Extensive computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Highly motivated aggressive self-starter
- Strong product knowledge in Footwear Industry and Materials / Shoes factories
